The apartment (55 sqm) is on the 1st floor of the extension and has a living room, bedroom, separate kitchen, dining area, shower/toilet and an additional toilet. From the large all-round balcony (south-west side) you have a clear view of our local mountain, the Hochfelln. The west side can be protected from the strong sun by a large awning. Parking space is in front of the house on our property. WiFi included. Barbecue area in the garden. Washing machine and dryer for a fee.

Bedroom: double bed 180 x 200 cm with double mattress with two degrees of hardness, 4-door wardrobe, including bed linen.

Dining area: Built-in dining area for 4 people.
Balcony: All-round balcony with mountain views in a south-west location with seating for 4 people and sun awning.

High season: EUR 79.00 per night (01.01.-31.01., 17.05.-13.09.2024 und 20.12.2024-31.01.2025)
Early and late season: EUR 69.00 per night (01.02.-17.05., 13.09.-20.12.2024)
These basic prices apply to 5 nights or more for 2 people. For the possible 3rd and 4th person, EUR 10.00 per night will be charged. Except for the local tourist tax (1.10 per night/person/adult, 0.55 per night/child) there are no additional costs.
Minimum rental period: 5 nights
Apartment 1 is suitable for a maximum of 4 people.
The apartment is not barrier-free.
