The apartment (50 sqm) is on the 1st floor of the main building and has a living room, bedroom, separate kitchen and shower/toilet. From the balcony (south-west side) you have a free view of our local mountain, the Hochfelln. The west side can be protected from the sun by a large awning. Parking space is in front of the house. WiFi included. Barbecue area in the garden. Washing machine and dryer for a fee.
Living room: 4-person sofa group, 2-person sofa bed, sideboard, LCD TV (SAT).
Bedroom: double bed 180 x 200 cm with double mattress with two degrees of hardness, 4-door wardrobe. including linens.
Kitchen: Fitted kitchen with 4-plate stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, corner seat.
Balcony: South-west facing balcony with mountain views with seating area for 2 people and sun awning.
Shower with toilet: including towels, hair dryer

Main season: 85,00 EUR pro Übernachtung (08.06. - 13.09. & 21.12.- 31.01.)
Off-peak season: 75,00 EUR pro Übernachtung (01.02. - 12.04. & 09.11. - 20.12.)
shoulder season: 80,00 EUR pro Übernachtung (13.04. - 07.06. & 14.09. - 08.11.)
These basic prices apply to 5 nights or more for 2 people. For the possible 3rd and 4th person, EUR 10.00 per night will be charged. Except for the local tourist tax (1.10 per night/person/adult, 0.55 per night/child) there are no additional costs.
Minimum rental period: 5 nights
Apartment 2 is suitable for a maximum of 4 people.
The apartment is not barrier-free.
